In 1995, Peugeot launched an electric powered version of the 106, called the 106 Electrique.It runs on a Nickel-cadmium batteries,and It has a top speed of 56mph.Due to its success peugeot 106 its successor version Peugeot 107 was developed,This car is identical to Citroën Saxo.
